Airport Customers

Discuss who are the main customers of an airport and what services and facilities these customers need.

  1. Airport customers
    The main customers of any airport around the world are passengers and airlines, who need a good level of services from the airport. Firstly, we come to the biggest customer group in terms in terms of numbers which is passengers. One of the first thing to note is that the airport has opened to transfer passengers, So the airport should provide a high level of services for them, For example the airports should have relaxing area for the passengers who take along time in the airport waiting for their flight. Also passengers need a clean restrooms and wireless for the people who addicted to the internet .Also important facility which is restaurant and duty free shops. Another thing which is very important the people with disabilities who need special needs, Such as a private parking and restrooms for the wheel chair passengers.
    Secondly, the airport should provide good service for the airlines as well. For example, a fuel depot to refuel the planes. Also routine maintenance for the aircraft and the runway should be without any mistakes. Another thing that the airlines need a space to load and unload cargo and a hangar for the planes are not used any more. Finally, of course they need a runway where the planes take off and land.     ...Airport customers...
    For the airports to become a profitable business, it should take care of its customers’ needs. Both passengers and airlines companies are substantial customers of an airport respectively. First of all, passengers require to a terminal provided by a modern check-in technology, so that passengers will be inspected thoroughly and efficiently. Moreover, people need for a relaxing area while they are waiting for the airplane to be ready for boarding. Also, there should be special services for people with disabilities such as: a proboscis which connects the airport with the airplane entrance directly, so that they can enter the plane easily and quickly. Next, for the airlines, there should be more than one runway. Thus, an airplane can take off while another one is landing. That will increase the airlines income as the number of passengers increase. In addition, there should be a wide storage for air-freight companies for loading and unloading cargo carefully specially for fragile things. Finally, airplanes maintenance is required for both passengers’ and the airlines crew members’ safety while flying in the air. Overall, all these needs must be accomplished for the advantage of the travelers and the airlines companies.

    An airport has two important types of customers including passengers and airlines. The airport has to provide a good level of services for them.

    There are services for special needs passengers that airports must provide. First of all, passengers need relaxing areas with a very good quality because this the most part of airport are used. Second thing that is important for passengers and affect on the income of an airports is concourse area and that area needs to have various kind of shops, restaurants, clean restroom, children play area, saloon and internet access. The most importantly service is a high level of security and the efficient baggage handling and processing because these services have a good impact on passengers.

    The second types of services that serve airlines include refueling and routine maintenance for runway and aircraft. Also airports have to provide space to load and unload cargo and efficient processing for freight since there are air freight companies which also use the facilities of an airport. Regarding the facilities airports need to have runways and hangers to name a few.

    All of the above describes the services and facilities that airports have to provide to their customers.

    Any airport around the world need to provide a good level of services to their customers. The most important paying cuctomers are passengers and airlines.
    The biggest customer group in terms of numbers is passengers. Passengers need some support services while staying in the airport. First of all, they need some areas to relax and a clean rest room. Secondly,if passengers stay long in the airpot, they need some restaurants to have something to eat, duty free shopes to spend their time there, wireless and a children playing areas. Airport must provide a high level of security for passengers with efficient baggage handling and processing. The most important services is th services which are provided for special needs passengers. For example, wheel chairs, special rest rooms and good facilities to transporte them to the plane.
    The second largest customer group is airlines. Any airport must provide these service and facilities to serve the airlines. First point is facilities, runways with a routine maintenance, hangars and aircraft storage. Air-fright companees need a space to load and unload the cargo. Secound point is servicses, any airplane need to refuel after any flight and an efficient processing of cargo.

    As we know airport customrs and airports around the world need to provide a good level of services to their customers. The two most important paying customers are passengers and airlines. The biggest customers group in terms of numbers is passengers and the second largest customers group is airlines .

    Let us start with passengers. Support services to meet passengers are need many things for example, relaxing area because some passengers stay long time in airport and they need retaurants to eat something and duty free shops if they want to buy something. Also they need clean wash room and children play area for their children. Passengers need high level of security to ensure the security. They need efficient baggage handling and processing which must be done quickly and professionall. People with disabilities need special services fo example, to transport them to some place safely. The second thing is support services to meet afreight and baggage such as, refuelling for aircraft daily and also they need aircraft storage or hangars for planes when they are not uses. Airlines need routine maintenance for their aircraft and runways to be in agood order . Air freight companies need space to loud freight and unloud it and efficient processing of cargo and need runway to receive alarge amount of aircraft.

  8. In the airports there are two main groups which require services and facilities defferently accourding to their needs.

    The first group include passengers and considered to be the biggest customer group in terms of numbers where they should get support including: relaxing areas, restaurants, duty free shops, clean rest rooms, children clean aras and finally high level of security.

    while the second largest customers group are Airlines and they should get a great and high efficency services including: routine maintenance for both aircraft and runway, hangars.

    in the end airpots need to provide a good level of services to their customers and maximize performance and make a profitable business whith high quality to satisfy people and help their needs.
