1. It is the fastest in the world. For instance, it takes 15min 14sec for passport checking and 12min 43sec for departure.
2. They improve their services by using the latest hi-tech innovations, visa processing, and customs processing.
3. Link for hotels and major cities.
5. How is luggage handling at Incheon different from Narita and Pudong airports?
At Incheon, passengers collect their luggage in a short amount of time. However, at Narita and Pudong airports, people have to collect their luggage and hand them over to their connecting flights.

In general, many passengers like the facilities of the airport such as toilets because there are many of them and they are clean and free duty shops because they are cheap. Also, they comment about people and freight processing which takes short time

4- Because they have substantial number of passengers that reach 5 million and they are recorded with a big company for transportation all over the world also because their process does not take along time.

8- They like the Airport because it’s clean, modern, easy process, natural light, Airy, spacious and the garden that is inside the airport, in addition they like the duty free shops and the facilities such as relaxation chairs and the free computers with internet access.
