5-star airlines

Hello,

Today we are going to find out which are the best airlines rated by Skytrax for 2010.

1) Go to the official site of Skytrax (the 1st link on the right), browse the main page and look up the airlines that received 5 star ranking for 2010.


2) List them in your post, find their airline code and their main hub. Comment whether you have travelled with any of them and what your impressions of their product and service are.

3) Customer Service is broken down into the following criteria:

    I think the most important thing is Language Skills to can Communicate with customer as well and second thing is Problem Solving and theerd one is Enthusiasm, Attitute and all of them are good but i prefer the first three I mentioned

    Once I had traveled by Qatar Airways, I liked the food their and the prices of the products such as prefumes were suitable for me.

    The service have to be done well and in short time, so that the passengers will board the plane quickly and the employee will have more time to help other customers.

    Employees have to be serious and listen carefully to their customers problems, so that the travellers will not be frustrated.

    Interaction with Passengers

    Talk to them calmly and inform them about any information that is useful for them and listen to their complaints and give them the solution immediately.

    Cabin Presence through Flight

    A place to prepare food and drink for passengers is important so no body will be hungry during the flight.

    Responding to Requests

    Employees should be responsible for any information they may give and any promise they make. Also, they should not ignore people who have a problem; but, they have to be polite, and patient, and they have to listen to passengers’ problems to solve them and avoid doing any mistakes again.

    Language Skills

    To know more than one language and to talk clearly to people.
    This creteria is important to deal with and communicate with foreign people well.

    Consistency among Staff

    All staff have to be co-operated and have the same attitude to deal with passengers.

    I traveled with Qatar Airways, one of the best airlines in the world and the service are good and the staff smiling always and ask passengers if they need anything , products that sold in the plane from the free market are good entertains the passenger if he feels bored and there is also disadvantages However, I think a simple comparison with other airlines makes qatar airways One of the best air line and this is my opinion

    3) Language is necessary in all kind of work so employee can communicate with customer from around the world

    Interaction with passengers is also important if staff did not interact with passengers passengers will feel they binge neglected and this will makes them feel resentful Because no one, taking what they want seriously and This point I can combine with the Responding to Requests Because the passenger will feel similarly
